You can return your order within 14 days and we will ensure the purchase price is credited to your account within 10 working days of receiving the return.
Easy return in 3 steps
Step 1: Send an e-mail to info@modaluxe.co.uk There you can discuss the reason for your return and receive the return form.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to include a track and trace code with the package. You are responsible as the sender, we don't want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 10 working days.
Notes and conditions
The cost of returning your order is always the responsibility and risk of the buyer/sender.
All our items are sent to you directly from our supplier in Asia so any items to be returned will also have to be sent back to our supplier.
Hygiene products cannot be returned and refunded. A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and refunded (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, shaving equipment, etc.
Consumables cannot be returned and refunded. An example of Consumables that cannot be returned and refunded is cleaning products.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or problems during the shipping process. we reserve the right not to issue a refund

Refunds are usually made within 10 working days of receiving the return.
